JACINTH CHUA specialises in building and construction law. She has represented and advised various clients on a wide range of matters, with a focus on building and construction disputes in litigation, arbitrations and adjudications under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act. Construction matters which Jacinth has handled include those relating to joint ventures, public infrastructure, water treatment plants, commercial buildings and residential developments. Her practice includes advising clients on the drafting and negotiation of various construction and engineering contracts under the standard forms as well as bespoke contracts.
