Joining Allyed is akin to homecoming for Vivian, who trained under and worked with the core members of the Allyed Gateway team in her formative years in legal practice.

​

Prior to joining the Firm, Vivian gained extensive legal experience spanning property and construction disputes, general company and commercial litigation, probate and trusts disputes, as well as insolvency and restructuring matters. 

​

Having practiced at one of Singapore’s Big Four law firms, an international offshore firm, as well as serving as Deputy Chief Counsel at the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), Vivian is well-placed to handle a comprehensive variety of matters for a diverse range of clients.

Vivian strives to bring kindness and empathy to the table whether dealing with clients, colleagues or counterparties alike, as she believes that the best legal solutions ought to be win-win for all.
