• acting for a Singapore subsidiary of a Hong Kong-listed company in relation to their entitlement to compensation granted by the Collector of Land Revenue under the Land Acquisition, 

• acting for a Singapore construction company in the Singapore High Court claiming for loss of profits in excess of $29 million arising out of a terminated contract worth S$226 million.

• acting for a Thai company in an oil & gas arbitration claiming for loss and damage valued at upwards of US$1 billion, against an Abu Dhabi-based investor.

• acting for and advising a Singapore entity on claims involving shareholders’ rights in relation to an investment project for the redevelopment of a commercial building.
